Hallin Eel Canning is a food company, based at Berging in The Osmoor. The company was founded on 18 June 1957 by Tobias Hallin and has traded for 23 years.

At Hallin Eel Canning we believe in doing one thing well. That thing is tinned eel, reed-root and preserved goods, and we have done it at Berging since our founding.

Our founder. Tobias Hallin, factory worker, was born at Marschau on 20 July 1915.

Our range

Our range covers tinned eel, reed-root and preserved goods. Every item carries our name and our guarantee.

Sold at Berging and through dealers in every region. The town has 3 other food houses; ours is the one with our name on it.

Our history

The company's books have been kept at Market Walk since the registered office was fixed there, and the timeline below is compiled from them and from the press.

1. 1957 The company is founded at Berging.
2. 1969 Hallin Eel Canning lists on the Vellmar Exchange as OHE. In the press.
